I just checked on one of my clients and when I click on Account it does open up and gives 5 details including reset password. You might want to send in a ticket.
As a side you can also send them a "forgot password" link with their email and it will be emailed to the account that the listing was made with.

I just attempted to Reset the password for one of my members, but am not able to. The instructions provided for this fix doesn't resolve the issue, so not I need additional help. Please advise on the next steps.

Can someone tell me how the member can reset their password? On the member dashboard there is a tab named 'account' with a drop down label beside it, but it does not open up.
I have set up some accounts for business members and they will want to change their password. Currently I cannot see how this is done?
