For new website owners who want to jump-start the basic setup of their site, we offer a Basic Implementation service where our team can help with the initial setup of your site based on your vision.


The following is included in this service:

  • Setting up your membership levels (up to 3 levels)
  • Activating your membership features
  • Setting up your pricing page (up to 3 levels)
  • Adding a main image to your homepage (please provide the image you would like to use, 1800 x 600px is the recommended size)
  • Uploading your logo and favicon
  • Importing your category structure
  • Setting up the homepage streaming widgets (please let us know which features you would like to stream on your homepage and in what order)


Please note that additional design changes and functionality edits are not included in the Basic Implementation package.


Basic Implementation Cost


The cost of the Basic Implementation service is $200 (credits can be used as well).


This service is also included at no additional charge in all of the paid Onboarding Packages we have available.


Ordering the Basic Implementation Service


The first step to take advantage of this service is to complete the Launch Plan included in the initial emails you received after first purchasing your Brilliant Directories license.  If you do not have you Launch Plan handy, you can download a new copy of it here: Launch Plan


Once you have completed this step, you can send an email to support@brilliantdirectories.com requesting the Basic Implementation service with a copy of your completed Launch Plan attached.  Our Support Staff will then be able to assist you with completing the setup as quickly as possible.  The typical turnaround time is 2 - 3 business days.
