To edit the general settings for "Additional Notifications" when using the default leads package (If the Auto Match Leads add-on is not enabled on the site) go to: Interactions » Member Leads »  Lead Settings and click on "Additional Notifications":







There are two tabs within "Additional Notification", one for the "Admin" and one for the "visitor". 


The "Visitor" is the end-user of the website and the person that submits a lead.




Available Settings In Additional Notifications


Admin:


  1. Email Admin When Lead Submitted: 

    Select "Yes" to send an email to the Admin email address(es) when a lead is submitted anywhere on the website.

  2. Admin Lead Submitted Template:

    Select the email template to send to the Admin if "Email Admin When Lead Submitted" is set to "Yes" above.



Visitor:


  1. Email Visitor After Lead Submission:

    Select "Yes" to send an email to the visitor when they submit a lead.

  2. Visitor Email Template:

    Select the email template to send to the visitor when they submit a lead if "Email Visitor After Lead Submission" is set to "Yes" above.

  3. Copy Admin On This Email?:

    Send a copy of the Visitor Email Template to the Admin email address(es) when "Email Visitor" is set to "Yes" above.

  4. Visitor Email Variable:

    The variable name of the visitor's email address field in the lead form. If "Email Visitor After Lead Submission" is set to "Yes" above, the Visitor Email Template will be sent to the email address submitted in this field. The default value is "lead_email" and it is not recommended to change this for most websites.



Settings In Additional Notifications for Custom Actions


If the Automatic Lead Matching Add-On is active on the site the admin will be able to create custom lead actions


When leads are submitted through a lead form that is not associated with a specific member (from the /getmatched page of the site for example), all "Lead Submitted" notifications will be controlled by the Main Action.


If there are any additional custom actions added, the Lead Submitted notifications set for those actions will only apply to direct leads submitted to the members in Membership Plans affected by this action, which is set in the General Settings tab of the custom action:
