The "Get Matched" for is located by default on "/getmatched" for your website. For example, you can see it in action here: http://www.langualist.com/getmatched


The purpose of this form is to generate leads. Essentially, your website visitors will fill this from in order to be contacted with members on your website. This means that you will need to match them to the members that best fit their needs. 


The Get Matched Form uses the following form: 

In order to customize this from you must go to TOOLBOX >> FORM MANAGER >> BOOTSTRAP THEME - GET MATCHED.


If you do not see this form in your library please contact support so that they may copy it to your website. Please note that the "Get Matched" and Member Contacts Forms" use the same "Bootstrap Theme - Get Matched" Form, so any changes on one will impact the other.

Where Do Messages Sent Via This Form Go?


You can access contact form submissions via "Match Leads" in the admin. "Get Matched" inquiries will always go into the "Pending" folder unless you've purchased the "Auto-matching" package.

How To Reply


Inquiries sent via the "Get Matched" portal on your website will always appear as pending unless you've purchased the "Automatching" package: 



I can tell that the lead was submitted on the "Get Matched" page because of the origin source:




By clicking on "Website" you can be taken straight to the "Get Matched" section of your website. If you've embedded this on a custom page, then you will be taken to whichever page  the website user was on when they filled this form. 


In order to send this lead to your members please click on "Match":

 

 


This will take you to your "matching" portal, where a list of recommended business will appear at the bottom of your screen:




Please note that these members appear according to search result priority, and must match the search criteria entered above:




To send the lead to multiple members you'll only have to check the boxes of the member you with to send to and click on "Match":



Your members' will instantly receive the lead in their inboxes:
