Inquiries sent via the "Get Matched" portal on your website will always appear as pending unless you've purchased the "Automatching" package:

By clicking on "Website" you can be taken straight to the "Get Matched" section of your website. If you've embedded this on a custom page, then you will be taken to whichever page  the website user was on when they filled this form. 


In order to send this lead to your members please click on "Match":

 

 

 

This will take you to your "matching" portal, where a list of recommended business will appear at the bottom of your screen:

 

 


 

Please note that these members appear according to search result priority, and must match the search criteria entered above:

 

 


 

To send the lead to multiple members you'll only have to check the boxes of the member you with to send to and click on "Match":

 

 


Your members' will instantly receive the lead in their inboxes:
