If a member tries to signup but the payment does not go through, an entry will be created in the admin for you. You now have an email that you could use to reach out to someone that tried to pay on your website. This does not create an active account, which is why the account is not active. Our customers find this to be a valuable tool since no failed purchase attempts slip through the cracks.

If you fill the form with no real credit card info this is the error message you will see:

But on your end in the admin you will see this:

And now you can reach out to the customer and offer assistance.

If this was a bot submitting, you can proceed and delete the profile from your admin. The important thing is that it is not an active profile.
