The Brilliant Directories Ticketing System allows you to quickly filter tickets by keyword search. Partners with multiple licenses may need to locate a closed ticket quickly. To facilitate this, you can do the following:


1. Login to your support center by going to www.bootstrap.brilliantdirectories.com

2. Select "Tickets" on the Main Menu
