You can send your members an invoice of their entire transaction history by following these steps:

  1. Click on "Members"

  2. Search for the member you wish to refund:


  3. Once the member is found, click on "View Orders":


  4. Click on "PDF" to export their entire transaction history:


  5. "Save" the PDF file. You will now have an invoice that you can email your member with the entire history of their transactions:
