Changelog - November 2018

New Features:


  • We updated the Transactions History page to include invoices from any date, regardless of how far in the future or the past the invoices were created.

  • We added the ability to create the next Due Invoice when a Site Admin manually marks an Invoices as Paid.

  • We created a new set of Mobile View Design Settings for the Header Design section in the Design Settings page in the Admin. To use these new Design Settings navigate to: Admin >> Settings >> Design Settings >> Design Settings Tab >> Header Design Section. 

  • We improved the UI of the Manage Products page in the Admin Area.

  • We added the ability to add/update a Member's Credit Card information from the Members Actions dropdown on the Search Members page in the Admin.

  • We released a Security Update to all areas of the software where a member can upload an image or a file (CV / resume) and to the Media Manager in the Admin.  This update will make sure that only JPG, PNG, GIF, Doc, and PDF files can be uploaded (different files are allowed in different circumstances), and that the files that are of the type specified in their file extension.

  • We updated the UI of the Match Leads page in the Admin.

  • We released the Pin Featured Post Add-On. Click here for more information.

  • We added the ability to change the Site Date Format from the General Settings page in the Admin. In order to use this new feature navigate to Admin >> Settings >> General Settings >> Configuration Tab. 

  • The Facebook Website Chat Add-On greeting message is now a Text Label. New text label: fb_chat_greeting.

  • We released the RSS Feed for Posts Add-On.

  • We created a new Text Label in order to show the correct error message during the Signup Process if the email entered is already associated with an existing member. New Text Label: duplicate_email_error.

  • We updated the UI of the "Add Member" workflow from the Search Members page in the Admin.

  • We added the ability to search by category to the Audio File Feature.

  • We added the ability to "Clone" and "Delete" Sidebars to the Actions dropdown on the Sidebar Manager page in the Admin.

  • We updated the Coupon Code page in the Admin to place active and inactive coupons on different tabs. Note: This section is only available if the Easy Coupon Codes Add-On is active in the Site.

  • We added the ability to select the Social Media Image when editing a Static Page in the Admin.

  • We released the Homepage Clickable Maps Pack Add-On.

  • We added the ability to Create/Delete and Update folders through the Media Manager Tool in the Admin.

  • We added the ability to edit the Default Email Signature from the General Settings page in the Admin. This signature will be added to email templates sent out by the system by default. In order to use this new feature navigate to Admin >> Settings >> General Settings >> General Tab. 

  • We released the Google Map Search Results and Grid View Search Results Add-On.

  • We updated the design of the Member Reviews Page in the Admin.

  • We added the Bookmark Text Label for the Bookmark Favorites Add-On. Text Label created: bookmark.



Enhancements / Fixes:


  • We fixed an issue which was preventing the Get Matched Form from displaying on the homepage for members that were logged in to their account in some instances..

  • We fixed an issue which was preventing 100% discount coupons from applying properly when a site is using an external payment gateway like PayPal.

  • We fixed an issue that was preventing Admins from using the keys on the Numpad of their keyboard when entering numbers into the new Pay Per Post fields in Product Settings.

  • We fixed an issue which was causing the content in the Newest Members homepage widget from aligning properly in some cases.

  • We updated the Froala WYSIWYG settings throughout the software to provide a more uniform user experience.

  • We removed the Page Type field when editing an SEO Template in the Admin to reduce potential user errors.

  • We fixed an issue which was causing the "SEO Details" of a page from overwriting the corresponding "Social Media Share Details" set for the page in some cases.

  • We fixed an issue which was causing the XML Sitemap Generator to show PHP warning in some cases.

  • We removed the Sidebar Settings when editing an SEO Template in the Admin as these settings are now controlled in the Design Settings.

  • We updated the member numbers reported on the Finance >> Manage Products in the Admin to show the total number of members in each Product, instead of only the Active members in the Product.

  • We removed several options in the Page Type dropdown on the Edit Web Pages section of the Admin in order to reduce potential user errors.

  • We moved the "Default Radius Search" Advanced Setting to Settings >> General Settings >> Configuration tab in the Admin .

  • We made some UI improvements to the Member Categories Page in the Admin.

  • We updated the Transaction History page in the Admin Area in order to better support the invoices generated by the Pay Per Post Add-On.

  • We improved the Error Handling for the Stripe Payment Gateway in order to display the reason supplied by Stripe when a credit card is declined.

  • We fixed an issue which was causing a member's subscription to be listed as "Pending" after attempting to upgrade with a credit card that is rejected in some cases.

  • We fixed an issue that was preventing an Admin from deleting members in some cases.

  • We removed the "Type of Data" field when editing Post Settings in the Admin to reduce potential user errors.

  • We fixed an issue which was preventing image thumbnails from displaying the Admin Media Manager after pressing the "Load More" button.

  • We removed the links to the old lead system in the Admin area on all sites that do not have any leads submitted using the old system.

  • We removed the Google+ share button from the Social Share Widget since Google will be deprecating that social network.

  • We updated the Facebook SDK URL in order to support the latest version of the Facebook Website Chat plugin.

  • We improved the Edit Web Page URL validation in order to reduce potential user errors.

  • We updated the Top-Level Category filter in the Sub-Level Category Page in the Admin Panel in order to support searching the contents of the dropdown.

  • We deprecated the HTTPS Recaptcha settings, now we only use the Original Recaptcha Settings for both http and https.

  • We fixed an issue which was increasing the Search Results page load time for features when the Pin Featured Posts Add-on is active on a site.

  • We fixed an issue which was affecting the ability to upload images using the Media Manager page in the Admin in some cases.

  • We fixed a UI issue which was preventing the Accepted Label from displaying correctly on the Review Details Page in the Member Dashboard.

  • We hid the Footer Newsletter Form when viewing /checkout pages.

  • We fixed an issue that was adding an escape backslash in front of some characters in the keyword search modules.

  • We fixed an issue which was preventing a member from deleting Sub-Accounts in some cases.

  • We fixed an issue which was setting a member's status as "On Hold" even when the paid signup process was successfully completed.

  • We fixed an issue which was preventing the keyword search module from finding members in a matching Sub-Sub Category in some cases

  • We updated the fields where members add their related URLs (website, blog, and social media URLs) in order to support special characters in the URLs.

  • Now the Member Profile and Search Results Review Stars will not showing in the Site if the "Hide Reviews Star Rating Option" setting in the Member Product Settings page is set to Yes.

  • We added a meta tag to the the <HEAD> section of all sites with the RSS Feed Add-On active to make sure search engines are aware of the RSS feed.

  • We fixed an issue which was causing the Blog Articles feature to not respect the Publish Date field when ordering blog posts in some cases.

  • We updated the design of the Recent Reviews homepage widget to add some additional margin between each review.

  • We fixed an issue which was removing the Member Search Results code after installing the Member Profile Analytics Add-On in some cases on older sites.

  • We fixed an issue which was adding extra margin at the top of the Front-End pages when the site does not have a Main Menu.

  • Imported members that have a password pre-set in the import file will now have the password automatically encrypted during import.

  • We fixed an issue which was causing the Member Contact Form that displays on Post Details pages to not work properly in some cases.

  • In all, over 85 feature enhancements and software updates were released this month.
