1. Go to Brilliant Directories Support Center
2. Login to the Account using the account's default email. Can't remember that email? Please send an email to support (firstname.lastname@example.org) so that we can update or confirm the email to use.

3. Click on the "My Tickets" button to view the entire Ticket History. This will show all of the Open Tickets:
4. To view the entire ticket history, select "All Tickets" from the Open or Pending drop-down:
5. All submitted tickets are now in display:
