Inquiries sent via the "Get Matched" portal on your website will always appear as pending unless you've purchased the "Automatching" package: 





To confirm the source, use the Form or Origin Page fields:


* By clicking on the link after "Origin Page" you can be taken straight to the "Get Matched" section of your website. If you've embedded this on a custom page, then you will be taken to whichever page  the website user was on when they filled out this form. *






In order to send this lead to your members click "Match Lead" within the "Actions" drop-down menu:

 


 


This will take you to your "Matching" portal, where a list of suggested business' will appear at the bottom of your screen:

 



 

Please note that these members appear according to Membership Level search result priority, and must match the search criteria entered under "Match Lead #0":


1. Location selected by the submitter.

2. Top-Level Category selected. (if it applies to your form requirements.)

3. Sub-Level Category selected.



 


 


To send the lead to multiple members you'll only have to check the boxes of the member you with to send to and click on "Match":



** When bulk matching the INDIRECT MATCH email template will be sent out to the members. **


At this time you will be prompted by an alert to confirm this action:



Followed by a success alert:




Your member's will instantly receive the lead in their inboxes: 

 

 





The Suggested Members will automatically move over to the Matched Members and have a "Pending" status:
