Overview

Automatic pluralization (the system adding an "s" within SEO templates) can be disabled for a site.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Admin > Settings > Advanced Settings.
  2. Search for disable_plural_text.
  3. Switch the setting to ON to turn off pluralization.

  4. Click Save Changes.

NOTE: The setting name is disable_plural_text, but it is switched ON to disable pluralization, not off. The ON state activates the "disable" behavior.

Default Website Language

When the Default Website Language is set to a language other than English, and the Use same language for text labels and email templates option is enabled, the system automatically disables auto-pluralization to ensure accurate text display.
