Overview


Want to enhance the member reviews feature on your website? Give members the ability to reply to customer reviews posted on their profiles, and edit their replies whenever needed.


Not only will the members love this feature, but it also generates more unique website content — boosting the websites ranking in search engines.


How To Get This Add-On

  1. Websites with the VIP Add-Ons Club automatically have this add-on available:

  2. Purchase Individually: Reply To Member Reviews Add-On


Enabling the Add-On


Navigate to Finance >> Membership Plans:




Click on "Edit Settings" for the membership level you would like to activate it for.




Then go to the "Profile Page" tab:



And scroll down until you see the Member Review Settings section:



In this section you can activate the option for members to reply to reviews as well the option to upload images with the review:



Replying to Reviews

Once Member Can Reply Reviews is enabled for the membership plan, members can reply to reviews directly from their profile page.

If a reply has already been posted, members can also edit their existing reply from the same location.
