How to Create a New Static Page

To create a new static page for the website so the admin can add their own personal content, follow the steps below.
In the Admin area go to:
- My Content » Web Page Builder
- Click New Web Page +
When adding the content to this page, make sure to also set the permalink (the page URL, for example family, meet-the-team or franchise) apart from any other content.
The most common areas used in this section of the admin are numbered in the image and described below.
1. Permalink
Add a unique value with no spaces or special characters in Enter Page URL. It is important not to use the same URL structure used by the membership features, as this will cause a conflict in the system. Once the page has been saved, click the View Page button to visit it.
2. Main Title (H1)
The primary title for the web page. The size of the H1 is controlled in Design Settings in the "Search Results Design" tab.
3. Sub-Title (H2)
Subtitle for the web page. This is also controlled in Design Settings in the "Search Results Design" tab.
4. Page Content
Use the Froala Editor and its different available options to add content to the page. Use the BD Butler to design a unique page with AI.
5. Hero Section
This tab enables the Hero Section.

7. Advanced
The Advanced tab holds code that works only on this page.
The Advanced tab is shown only to the website Owner and to admin roles that have the SEO Templates permission. An admin who does not see this tab can ask the website Owner to add the SEO Templates permission to their admin role, under Settings » Admin Accounts » Admin Role Settings (see Admin Role Permissions).
Page-Level CSS Styles
Add custom CSS rules that apply only to this page. Do not include <style> tags.
Page-Level HEAD Tags
Add custom code that renders in the HEAD of this page only. Do not include <HEAD> tags.
Page-Level Footer Javascript
Add custom JavaScript code that renders in the footer of this page only.
8. Internal Name
Include the name of the page to recognize it easily in the Web Page Builder.
9. Save Changes
When the work on the page has been completed, click Save Changes.
To make the new web page visible to others, either add it to the main menu or add a link to an existing page that points to the new page.
Load Previous Versions
Each time a static page is saved, a backup version is stored automatically. Brilliant Directories saves up to 10 previous versions of each page.
To retrieve a previous version, open Select Revision. The list shows every saved version, labeled with the date and time it was saved and the email of the admin who saved it. Select the version to review, then click Load Revision to load that version into the editor.
Once a previous version is loaded, a Back to Current button appears. Click it to return to the most recent version of the page.
Loading a version only changes what the editor shows. To keep the loaded version, click Save Changes.
