How to Delete Images & Files from the Media Manager

To delete an image or file that is not being used by the website, follow these steps:

Open My Content > Media Manager.

Locate the image or file to delete, hover the mouse over it, and click the trash can icon (Erase). 

Click OK to confirm.

Once deleted, the image or file is removed from the site and no longer uses storage or bandwidth.

IMPORTANT: Delete only images and files that are not actively referenced. An image still in use by areas such as Brand Images, Homepage Settings, Banner Ads, or Web Pages will appear as broken once removed, because the file path in the code no longer resolves.
