By default all sites come a two ways for the visitors and members to submit a lead - The Get Matched page/form and the Profile Contact forms.


During this process the form submitter may accidentally select the wrong Sub Category or make a typo while filling out their information. At which point they may reach out to the site Admin through the Contact Us form about this error - with this functionality it is possible to go in and edit the lead information.


How to Edit a Lead


1) Go to Leads » Manage Leads


In this example, the visitor selected "4:00 AM" instead of "6:00 AM".




2) Inside the Actions drop-down, select "Edit Lead":




3) This will open a popup with the Lead Form, now it is possible to change the information that was incorrectly submitted:




The changes are immediately reflected:
