How to Apply Coupon Codes or Price Overrides in the Admin When Manually Creating an Order
Currently, you do not need to use a coupon code when manually creating an order in the admin area. Instead, you can simply enter the price you want to charge, overriding any list prices, and therefore applying any discounted prices or price overrides manually.
- Log into your BD admin area.
- Navigate to MY MEMBERS >> SEARCH MEMBERS
Locate the member and click on "Actions" then "Payment History".
At the top right, click on the "New Order" button.
On the left side, select the "Membership Plan" and "Billing Cycle" for this specific order.
From there, you can change the price for the product to whatever discounted price you want it to be, there is no need to enter in a coupon code
Fill out the rest of the form as needed, then click "Save Changes".
