Mandatory Fields For Member Imports

If there are any issues during the import process, it may be caused by one of the following mandatory fields missing.

Name or Company (name, company)

Field Variable: name, company 

Include either the "name" or "company" fields. It is also possible to include both. 

Name: Combines the first and last name. 

Company: Company name

Listing Type (listing_type)

Field Variable: listing_type

Company: Will display the company name in search results

Individual: Displays the individual's name in search results (commonly used for medical or professional directories).

Country Code (country_code)

Field Variable: country_code

Two-letter country codes are assigned to each listing. Although only the country_code is strictly required, omitting the zip_code and city fields prevents accurate geo-coding, resulting in an incomplete user experience.

Profession Name (profession_name)

Field Variable: profession_name

Top-level categories associated with each member. This is the minimum required to have members import and display properly.
