Under My Members >> Search Members section, the Actions dropdown can be found:




Actions Dropdown

The actions menu provides quick access to essential account management options for each member. These actions allow for profile updates, account maintenance, and communication.



  • Account Details
  • View Live Profile
  • Quick Edit
  • Login as Member
  • Compose Email
  • Payment History
  • Change Password
  • Delete Account
  • Clone Account


Account Details

Clicking on this option will display an account overview of the member with useful information:

View Live Profile

Clicking on this option will display the live member profile on the front-end of the site:



Quick Edit

Clicking on this option will display the Quick Edit module where member information can be updated and more:

Login as Member

Clicking on this option will allow the site owner to log in as a member and see their dashboard:




Compose Email

Clicking on this option will display the compose email module where an email can be sent to the selected member:




Member email will be auto-populated. More information about this module: Compose Email


Payment History

Clicking on this option will display the Payment/Transaction History of the member:

Change Password

Clicking on this option will display a module where member passwords can be updated:




Delete Account

Clicking on this option will delete the selected member. Before taking the action, a confirmation module displays:



There are a few options that need to be set before a member is deleted from the site:


  • Delete Member - This confirms the member deletion.
  • Delete Profile Images and Files - Decide whether or not to delete all images and files that are attached to the member.
  • Delete Member Posts - Delete all of the posts that the member published.
  • Re-assign Posts to another Member - If the posts are not being deleted, they can be assigned to another member.


Clone Account

This option will clone individual member accounts. Currently this only clones member profile data: 

  • Contact Details
  • Additional Details
  • Profile Photo, Logo and Cover Photo
  • About Me
