In this article you will learn which are the options displayed in this tab and what's each one for.

This tab is divided in 2 sections:

  1. Search Visibility
  2. Member Search Permissions

1. Search Visibility

1. Search Results Priority: Order in which members with this account level will appear in search results. 0 is the highest priority.

For example: If this is the most expensive membership, we will recommend you set this to "0". This way this membership level appears first.

2. Max. Category Limit: Maximum categories a member can list in. This will include Top level, sub level and sub-sub level categories.

For example: If you set this to 10. Members in this membership will only select up to 10 categories total, including Tops, subs and sub-subs.

Enter 'all' to auto-list members in all the available sub categories.

Enter 'unlimited' to allow members to select as many categories as they wish.

3. Max. Location Limit: Maximum geographic locations a member can list in.

You can also input 'all' to auto list members in all locations.

NOTE: If this field is not available in your site is because this is an add-on called: Multi-Location Listings.

4. Location Types: Check types of locations this member can list in.

The options are: Country, State, County, City and Zip Code.

If you are not able to see these options is because this is an add-on called: Multi-Location Listings.

5. Add "NOFOLLOW" to Member Web Links?: If set to YES, web links on member profile pages will have the "NOFOLLOW" attribute.

Keep in mind that this is only for Search Engines.

6. Hide Listing from Search Engines? If YES, adds no-follow, no-index to member's listing page.

Keep in mind that this is only for Search Engines.

7. Require All Reviews To be Approved by Admin First: Activate this option if you want that all reviews in this specific membership level will be approved by admin first.

8. Ability to Accept and Delete Reviews: Add the ability to accept and delete reviews.

If this is set to yes, the members in this specific membership level will be able to accept and delete reviews.  In order for this to work you need to activate this feature in the Post Publishing tab:

9. Member Can Reply Reviews: If the setting in the image above is activated and you select "YES" in this setting, the emmebrs in this membership level will be able to reply to the reviews.

We recommend to activate this option in paid memberships.

2. Member Search Permissions

This second section will contain 3 different settings, please see image below:

10. Are These Members Searchable on the Website?: This setting will allow these members to be searchable (Search Results) on your website or not.

If YES, these members will display in search results for users that are permitted to view them.
If NO, these members will not appear in any search results.

11. Can Unregistered Visitors View These Members?: Usually this setting is used when your site is "Members Only" and you want that unregistered visitors view these listings.

If YES, these members will display in search results for users that are not logged in.

If you want to setup your site to be members only, please refer to this article:

12. Select which other members these members can search for: The easiest way to know which options to select is by answering the question: "Who can these members search for?" Select the check-boxes that answer this question.

If you select all options or deselect all options, this member can search for all valid listings.

So if you want these members to search for "Featured" listings, just select the "Featured" membership:
