Within the BD platform, it is possible to activate Sales Representative Tracking for members.


To activate this feature, navigate to Settings >> Advanced Settings search for:


Enable Sales Rep Field In Edit Members Form


System Variable: enable_sales_rep_field




When activated, a new search field called Choose Sales Rep Name will be available under My Members >> Search Members:




You can assign a Sales Rep for each member by clicking on the Quick Edit option:




And assign a Sales Rep directly under the Sales Representative field:




Now this information added will display as a dropdown option:




Important Note: This field will be available as a column when you Export Member Results as well.
