New Features:

  • Released more of the refreshed Admin design. Manage API Keys, Webhooks, Image Settings, Autosuggest Settings, Text Labels and Advanced Settings have been rebuilt in the new look, and Developer Hub now opens on a menu of tool cards. In addition, the .htaccess and robots.txt editors were rebuilt with an in-place Restore Default and keyboard saving, and Undo and Redo were added to every code editor. Along with this, date range pickers were added across the new pages, and the Text Labels list now responds to each keystroke in about a tenth of a second.
  • Added Post Details as a page type for SEO templates, so an SEO template for post pages can now be created through the API and selected in the Admin.
  • Released Likes and Dislikes on post comments. Each post type can now enable Likes only or Likes and Dislikes in Comment Settings, each comment shows its vote counts, members cannot vote on their own comments, and comments can be sorted by Most Likes, including by default. In addition, comment dates are now shown correctly on websites whose date format does not use slashes.
  • Released a redesigned Sitemap Generator page. The sitemap is now rebuilt in place, so the live sitemap keeps working until the new one is finished, progress reports which page type is being built, and Cancel stops the build after the current page type.
  • Released a redesigned Widget Manager page. One search box and one software version selector now drive both the Customized and Default tables, used-by counts are shown as chips, and Preview opens as a read-only popup.
  • Released a redesigned Sidebar Manager. The edit screen adds a preview column and an Actions menu for copying, cloning, saving history, enabling or disabling and deleting a sidebar.
  • Released a redesigned Activity Tracker page, with the same activity list, filters and details.
  • Released a redesigned Member Reviews page. Admins can now search and filter reviews by keyword, date, status and rating, change the status of several reviews at once, open any review in a side panel to edit it, and export the results or save them as a Smart List.
  • Released a redesigned Post Comments page and Comment Settings page. Admins can now search comments by text, date, post type, status and rating, open a comment in a side panel to see its full thread, edit its text and rating, and publish, hold or decline it. In addition, a comment now keeps its original submitted date when its status changes.
  • Released a redesigned Private Member Chats page. Admins can now filter chats by status and date, search by member, read a conversation and its images in a side panel, and mark it Active, Closed or Reported. Additionally, the link in a reported-chat email now opens that chat directly.
  • Released a redesigned Member Leads page, with Match Leads and Lead Settings now opening as side panels on the same page. Admins can now search and filter leads, update several leads at once, add, edit or clone a lead, and see each lead's matches on a map with their distances. In addition, leads marked Closed, Bad Lead or Deleted now keep their status when they are matched or accepted.
  • Released a new My WordPress website option in Change Domain that shows the directory inside an existing WordPress website, for example at www.mybusiness.com/directory, through the BD Reverse Proxy plugin. The Admin enters the WordPress address, receives a license key and the plugin download, and the connection is shown as Connected once the plugin is set up.
  • Released a redesigned Manage Add-Ons page. Every add-on is now shown as a card in one library that can be filtered by All, Active or Inactive, searched and narrowed by category. Active add-ons link to their documentation, and the picture or title of an inactive add-on opens its purchase window.
  • Added a Noindex, Follow Search Results With Fewer Than N Results setting to the URL Rules tab of Advanced Settings. Member search results pages that find fewer members than the number entered are now marked for search engines not to index.

Enhancements / Fixes:

  • Improved the Open Webmail link in the Domain Manager so a mailbox now opens straight into webmail without asking for the password again, and returns to the Email Accounts section afterwards.
  • Added an option to the Get User request in the API that returns the Form Builder labels for Dropdown, Checkbox and Radio fields alongside the stored values. Without the option, the response is unchanged.
  • Improved how text typed into the Admin is stored and printed back, so values containing quotation marks or angle brackets are now kept exactly as entered on the Admin role editor, View Contacts, the internal notes of a billing subscription and Payment Settings. In addition, the Default Title Text for Comments Section field no longer accepts PHP code.
  • Improved the Invite Admin form so the same invitation can no longer be submitted repeatedly in quick succession.
  • Improved the Admin so pages that were replaced by newer modules years ago are no longer reachable at their old addresses, and the side menu entries pointing to them were removed.
  • Improved listing previews so an Admin can now open and review an inactive listing, marked with an Admin preview banner, without activating it first.
  • Improved the link a visitor is returned to after signing up and the origin link recorded with a lead, so only addresses on the website itself are followed.
  • Improved the handling of values saved from website forms and from lead submissions that include a photo, so text containing apostrophes or other special characters is stored correctly.
  • Improved the Membership Plans settings so a plan can no longer be saved with a Sign Up Form that does not match its Account Type, and the Sign Up Form field now sits next to Account Type.
  • Removed the notice stating that invoices are generated 14 days in advance from the Transactions page.
  • Improved newsletter statistics. A Clicks by Link table now shows how many recipients clicked each individual link, the per-recipient timeline names the link that was clicked, and soft and hard bounces are now listed as their own events with the reason reported by the mail server. In addition, the same detail is now shown in the Email Outbox.
  • Improved the Google Maps server key check so the key is now tested from the website's own server, which is where member geocoding runs, instead of from the admin server. A key Google refuses for the website is now reported as refused. In addition, the way the test result is received by the Admin was hardened.
  • Updated the events calendar's bundled JavaScript library to a current version, clearing a known security advisory.
  • Strengthened how widget and form records are loaded so code saved on one website can no longer run outside that website.
  • Strengthened the protection around custom code so program libraries and executable files can no longer be loaded through it.
  • Separated a coupon's number of Uses from its number of Applied Invoices, so both are reported independently.
  • Improved the speed of the colour pickers and colour sets in Design Settings, which had made the page slow to load and respond. In addition, Custom Content code now saves correctly.
  • Files that members upload through form file fields are now given an unguessable name, so a file address can no longer be worked out from when it was uploaded.
  • Review photo uploads now require a signed-in member.
  • Updated the API documentation for Email Automation Settings so the rule names, the member flag and the billing cycle names match what the system accepts.
  • Improved the Activity Tracker details panel so each changed field is shown on its own lines with its previous and new value. In addition, the page can now be opened from a link with a keyword search already applied.
  • Strengthened how the Admin confirms who is signed in, so only genuine, signed-in Admin sessions are accepted.
  • Improved adding and editing Admin accounts so invalid email addresses are refused and Admin names are always displayed as plain text.
  • Updated the JavaScript library used on the Admin login page to a current version, clearing known security advisories.
  • Improved two-factor sign-in so each code emailed to an Admin can be used only once.
  • Improved how the website serves its public files, so only images, scripts, styles and other intended files can be downloaded and anything else is reported as not found.
  • Improved support ticket attachments so script and program files are refused with a clear message, while screenshots and documents still attach as before.
  • Strengthened the checks on order and invoice numbers in the Admin billing actions, including refunds, so only valid values are processed.
  • Improved the speed of several Admin pages on websites with very large amounts of data. The broken links view of 301 Redirects now loads in seconds instead of minutes, and the Activity Tracker, Widget Manager, Text Labels and the reviews export also load faster. In addition, Advanced Settings now offers a searchable page list on websites with more than 500 web pages.
  • Improved the speed of member searches by location on websites with a very large number of members, both on the public search results and in Find Matches. Results and their order are unchanged.
  • Improved the loading speed of the Dynamic Filtering search sidebar on websites with a very large number of members when categories without members are hidden.
  • Improved the AI Companion so a slow search on a large website now stops after a few seconds and asks the Admin to be more specific.
  • Strengthened the reCAPTCHA protection on the member sign-up and login forms so it can no longer be skipped.
  • Improved the Sitemap Generator so member search pages that point search engines to a shorter address are left out of the sitemap when the related canonical settings are turned on. These pages are now listed as Excluded, with a link to the setting.
  • Improved the Sitemap Generator so post type pages with no posts, and the Member Reviews page when it has no reviews, are left out of the sitemap until there is something to show.
  • Improved the message shown when a member saves a post or photo album so it states whether the post was published, saved as a draft or sent for approval.
  • Improved the Widget Manager search so a widget whose ID number is typed in is listed first.
  • Updated the Documentation link on the Private Member Chats page so it opens the new Private Chats article.
  • Improved the Member Leads page. Suggested members on the map can now be matched straight from their pin with a new Match menu, the lead hover card shows the page the lead came from and whether an Admin added it, and each member card shows its match totals by status. In addition, the Pending and Declined Member Activity filters load faster on websites with many matches, a lead can be opened directly from a link that uses its ID, and exported files can no longer carry spreadsheet formulas.
  • Improved the speed of Find Matches, which now loads in seconds instead of more than a minute on websites with a very large number of members. In addition, Find Matches now lists members in the same order as the website's member search results.
  • Improved password handling so passwords longer than 128 characters are refused for Admins and members, including at sign-up, in the password reset tool and through the API.
  • Strengthened the actions on the members list, such as deleting a member and the bulk actions, so they only run from a genuine request made in the Admin.
  • Strengthened the protection around a website's custom Admin widgets so they can only work with that website's own data.
  • Strengthened Text Labels so only the code a label came with by default can be saved in it, including when labels are updated through the API.
  • Strengthened Google and Facebook sign-in so the system confirms with Google or Facebook that the person signing in owns the linked account.
  • Improved the Forms Inbox export. Columns are now headed by the questions instead of internal field names and follow the order of the form, Yes/No answers show as Yes or No, and Dropdown, Radio and Checkbox answers show their option labels, including labels that contain a comma.
  • Improved saving a member profile from the Member Dashboard so only the fields on the member's own form can be changed. Fields reserved for the Admin, such as the verified badge, can no longer be changed by the member.
  • Improved the website's search forms so the words and values a visitor searched for are always displayed back as plain text.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented subdomain records from being added in the DNS editor of the Domain Manager, where every attempt reported that the name was not valid for the domain.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the automatic sender setup in the Domain Manager to publish an SPF record above the ten-lookup limit, and an issue that could leave a domain with two SPF records or overwrite an existing verification record.
  • Fixed an issue that caused changing a website's domain to only add or remove the www prefix to remove the domain's DNS records from the nameservers.
  • Fixed an issue that caused domains ending in .co.uk, .com.au and similar two-part endings to be reported as Not Verified on the Enhanced Server move screen while their nameservers were pointed correctly.
  • Fixed an issue that caused a website launched or reset from the starter template to be given the template's connection address instead of its own.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the automatic bad-bot block to refuse requests from image CDNs, Bing's crawler and PageSpeed Insights.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the In-App Purchase window in the Admin to stay blank when the browser or the network blocked the embedded checkout. The window now offers to continue to the checkout page in its own tab.
  • Fixed an issue that caused a digital product whose price was updated through the API to keep charging the previous price.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented redirect rules from working when the Source URL contained a space, an ampersand, an apostrophe or an accented character.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented a default form from being customized in the Form Manager on websites that do not use HTTPS, where saving returned an empty error message.
  • Fixed an issue that caused options added to a Checkbox or Dropdown List field in the Form Manager to be lost on save while a success message was shown.
  • Fixed an issue that caused landing pages built with BD Butler to lose their styling on the live page while looking correct in the Web Page Builder editor.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented changes to the Coming Soon page from being saved, and an issue that reported Changes Saved when the server had refused the save.
  • Fixed an issue that caused a page title, heading or call-to-action containing quotation marks or angle brackets to break the layout of the page on the website.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the Social Media Shared Image saved on an SEO template to replace each post's own share image.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the events section on the home page to show the first date of a repeating event that has no End Date instead of its next date.
  • Fixed an issue that caused a profile photo or logo deleted from a member's account on the website to remain on the server and still be reachable at its direct address.
  • Fixed an issue that caused member login to fail with a server error when the browser carried a large number of cookies, and that left the Log In Now button disabled afterwards.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the Profile Analytics add-on to discard clicks on a tracked link whose destination is not one of the member's own profile fields.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented a member search from returning a member when the typed name skipped a middle name. The same change applies to the member search page, the sidebar search form, autosuggest and the reviews search.
  • Fixed an issue that caused lead forms placed outside a member profile, such as Get Matched, to fail without a message on websites with many members.
  • Fixed an issue that caused a membership plan switched to Free to keep the prices that had been typed in, and an issue that caused a price pasted or filled in by the browser to be saved with its previous value.
  • Fixed an issue that caused a coupon to charge the member's card on the coupon's last available use.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented conversion tracking scripts pasted into the Conversion Tracking Codes settings from running when the checkout success message is shown in a popup.
  • Fixed an issue that caused a Business Data import to attach members to the top-level category only when the selected sub-category has sub-sub-categories of its own.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the Directory Property dropdowns on the Import Members Data Map to open behind the pop-up.
  • Fixed an issue that caused third-party widgets that run background workers, such as the spam check in an Elfsight form, to be blocked on websites using the CSP Headers option.
  • Fixed an issue that allowed specially crafted searches on the public Get Matched lead form and on the reviews search results page to reach the website's database directly.
  • Fixed an issue that caused a website's public images address to return files belonging to another account on the same server.
  • Fixed an issue that allowed custom code on one website to read files belonging to other websites hosted on the same server.
  • Fixed an issue that allowed the Media Manager to list folders and file names belonging to a different website. In addition, its access is now tied to a signed-in Admin.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the DNS records editor to open the shared platform zone for websites still using a platform address, which allowed an Admin to view and change records belonging to other websites.
  • Fixed an issue that caused form fields marked View Admin Only to be displayed to ordinary visitors who used a specially crafted web address.
  • Fixed an issue that caused HTML entered in a Post Type's name to run in the Admin instead of being displayed as text. The name is now cleaned when it is saved and shown as text wherever it appears.
  • Fixed an issue that caused HTML entered in a form's name or nickname to run in the Admin instead of being displayed as text.
  • Fixed an issue that exposed the website's OpenAI key in the page code when the ChatGPT button was used in the Froala Editor in the Admin.
  • Fixed an issue that caused member passwords and card details to be recorded in plain text in the API request log. Those values are now hidden.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented card payments from working on websites connected to a newly created Stripe account. Renewals were affected in the same way.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented a member from completing an upgrade when their card requires identity confirmation on every payment, which left the confirmation window repeating.
  • Fixed an issue that caused an upgrade to be charged at full price when the coupon stopped being valid between opening and submitting checkout. The upgrade now stops and tells the member, as signup checkout already did.
  • Fixed an issue that caused a failed upgrade payment to count the coupon as used, so the member's own coupon was then refused or charged at full price on the retry.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the prorated upgrade credit to be calculated incorrectly when the member's current plan is a One Time plan.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the coupon tag on Search Subscriptions to reload the full subscription list instead of showing only the subscriptions that used that coupon.
  • Fixed an issue that caused a Transaction History export to fail with an “export file does not contain any records” message when the list loaded more results while the export was running.
  • Fixed an issue that caused location and category pages with no active, searchable members to be listed in the sitemap.
  • Fixed an issue that caused Generate Sitemap to load indefinitely by repeating a failed step without limit. Errors can now be closed.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the website's structured data to publish partial image, logo and page addresses instead of complete ones, which made those pages ineligible for search engine rich results.
  • Fixed an issue that caused a 301 Redirect from a plain city address to add internal search details to the destination address, sending search engines to a one-off address instead of the clean one.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the page to freeze for about twenty seconds while typing in a font Search box in Design Settings.
  • Fixed an issue that caused clearing a member's File field through the API to leave the file on the server and publicly reachable. It is now deleted, the same as the Remove File button.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the web address saved alongside a member's uploaded file to leave out its folder, so anything using that address received a “page not found” instead of the file.
  • Fixed an issue that caused a file attached to a post's File field to be discarded without any message to the member.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the review link in the Recent Members section to point to a different member's reviews.
  • Fixed an issue that caused a hidden or inactive member profile to still publish the member's name, town and member number in the page title, page description and sharing tags.
  • Fixed an issue that caused a map pin's name to be empty when the member, post or group name contains double quotation marks.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented an imported photo whose picture failed to download from being deleted from the product's photo editor and from Multi Photo Posts.
  • Fixed an issue that caused a photo uploaded with a review to be displayed sideways, by reading the orientation the camera recorded. Photos uploaded before this update keep their original orientation and need to be uploaded again.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the Mobile Preloader screen to appear on every direct visit from a phone on some websites. It now appears once per visitor.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the whole page to move down on phones when the Announcement Bar appeared, which search engines score as a layout shift.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the My Post Types and Most Viewed Profiles cards on the Admin dashboard to run for several minutes on websites with a large amount of content, and applied the intended time limit to those counts.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the API widget render request to report success when the widget's code had failed. The response now reports the failure and its reason.
  • Fixed an issue that caused two leftover diagnostic entries to be written to the website's Debugger log on almost every page, which buried the transaction and lead-matching history the log is meant to keep.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the move to the Enhanced Hosting server to never be queued when the bundle was bought at checkout, which left the website with no way to start the move.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the webmail link in a mailbox's Set up panel of the Domain Manager to show a certificate warning on some websites.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented the SPF advice on the Emails tab of the Domain Manager from flagging an unneeded entry on domains behind the Cloudflare proxy. The advice now also names which lines of the record are not needed.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented the Activity Tracker from recording when an invited Admin accepted the invitation or when an Admin's role was changed.
  • Fixed an issue that allowed a legacy layout maintenance action in Design Settings to be run from a website's Admin. It is now reserved for the platform team.
  • Fixed an issue that allowed images to be uploaded, browsed, listed or deleted through the Froala Editor without signing in. These actions now require a signed-in Admin or member, and members can only work with their own images.
  • Fixed an issue that caused Stripe connection details to be written to the Debugger log during card payments. Those details are now left out of the log.
  • Fixed an issue that caused updating a sub-account through the API to detach it from its parent account and replace its email address with the parent's. In addition, creating a sub-account now returns the new sub-account's details instead of the parent's.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented a category or sub-category description from being saved when it was updated through the API, even though the request reported success.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented the API request log from removing entries older than 60 days.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the Activity Tracker to report a webhook as successful even when the receiving server rejected it. Each entry now shows the response status and a Success or Failed result.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented actions performed in the Admin from being recorded in the website's Debugger log.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented the Brilliant Directories MCP server from creating widgets when a software version was included. The version is now set automatically.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the Advanced Settings page to load blank on websites with a large number of web pages.
  • Fixed an issue that allowed a member's profile statistics to be viewed by someone other than that member.
  • Fixed an issue that caused a link to a deleted file to remain saved after the file was removed from a member's File field with Remove File.
  • Fixed an issue that caused a city to be saved with an empty name on the Service Areas page in some cases. Additionally, the clear (X) icon in location fields now empties the field.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the "Register New Account" form in the Save and Send Message popup to stay on "Processing Request..." indefinitely. Additionally, a contact form sent from a post page is no longer counted twice in the member's statistics.
  • Fixed an issue that caused custom code running after a sign-up or login to fail with a secure connection error in some cases.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented paid sign-ups from completing after a Razorpay payment when reCAPTCHA was enabled.
  • Fixed an issue that caused Stop This Payment in Transaction History to report an invoice as cancelled when the billing system refused the change, and that allowed an invoice that was already paid to be cancelled.
  • Fixed an issue that displayed the billing section and the Name on Card field at sign-up for free trials set to not require a credit card.
  • Fixed an issue that allowed the Business Data member import actions to be run without signing in to the Admin. They are now limited to Admins and the website's own import process, and no longer return member account details.
  • Fixed an issue that caused a small number of members imported through Business Data to be created without the details their login and claim-listing links depend on.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the "+" character to be replaced with a space in exported CSV files, for example in email addresses and phone numbers. In addition, two internal columns were removed from the Member Leads export.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented the Enhanced Hosting AI crawler section from being added to a website's robots.txt when the file already mentioned OpenAI's search crawler.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the website to silently discard some of the files it writes when their content ended in something that looked like a web address, which in some cases stopped outgoing emails from being sent.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the New Form window in the Form Manager to open blank in some cases, which prevented Admins from creating a form.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the form preview in the Form Builder to stay blank in some cases on forms with many fields.
  • Fixed an issue that displayed the "Most Replies" comment sort option in lowercase.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the automatic draft saved while editing a web page to remove embedded videos and some layout elements, which were then lost when the page was saved.
  • Fixed an issue that caused a keyword search in Email Templates to show default templates in other languages.
  • Fixed an issue that allowed a member to accept a lead that has a price without purchasing it. The member is now sent to the purchase page.
  • Fixed an issue that allowed Admin lead actions, such as saving a note, changing a status or deleting a lead, to be run without signing in to the Admin.
  • Fixed an issue that caused HTML entered in a lead's name, message or notes to run instead of being displayed as text in the Member Dashboard, the lead emails and the Admin.
  • Fixed an issue that caused signing up with Google or Facebook from a claim listing link to create a new member instead of claiming the listing. In addition, only listings that can be claimed are taken over this way.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the First Name field to be missing from a plan's sign-up form when the plan had a free trial that does not require a credit card.
  • Fixed an issue that caused a paid sign-up through an external payment page to log the new member in and grant sign-up and referral credits before the invoice was paid. The member now sees a payment pending message until the payment is confirmed.
  • Fixed an issue that allowed a member to see the names and email addresses of other members from the billing page in the Member Dashboard.
  • Fixed an issue that caused Reply in the Forms Inbox to split an email address containing a plus sign, such as name+tag@example.com, into two addresses. In addition, pressing Enter in the email composer no longer sends the email.
  • Fixed an issue that caused Form Manager Dropdown List, Radio and Checkbox fields whose option values are numbers starting at 0, such as a No / Yes choice, to save the option's label instead of its value.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the cursor to jump to the end of the Database Variable and label boxes while adding options to a Dropdown List, Checkboxes or Radio field in the Form Manager, which scrambled the text being typed.
  • Fixed an issue that caused Admin screens that edit a record through a form to show the default form, without the fields the website had added to its own copy.
  • Fixed an issue that caused HTML entered in a member review to run instead of being displayed as text when the review was viewed or edited in the Admin, in the Member Dashboard, in review emails and on the website.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the server's firewall to block some members from the website for several weeks after they logged in, because of the town name saved in their browser.
  • Fixed an issue that caused a sub-account's categories to be replaced with the parent account's categories when the parent member edited the sub-account in the Member Dashboard.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented members from saving their Listing Details in the Member Dashboard in some cases when their top category had no sub-categories.
  • Fixed an issue that caused clicks on a member's website, booking and social media links to be counted together under Social Links in the Profile Analytics add-on instead of under each link's own category.
  • Fixed an issue that caused warnings in Google Search Console for the structured data of job posts. The job's expiration date, city and postal code are now included, a salary of zero is no longer published, and a salary written in another number format, such as 50.000,00, is now sent with the correct amount.
  • Fixed an issue that caused a member profile's structured data to point to its location pages with addresses that did not match those pages.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the sub-category to be missing from the breadcrumb on member search results pages whose address ends in a sub-category.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the “Please wait while your product is activated” window to stay open indefinitely when activating an add-on such as the Enhanced Hosting Bundle, even though the activation had succeeded.
  • Fixed an issue that caused files uploaded to a website in the hours after it moved to a new server to be missing on the new server.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the Database Update in Install New Updates to keep reappearing after it was installed on websites that had never sent an email.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented websites on a few country domain endings, such as .ve, from receiving a security certificate automatically.
  • Fixed an issue that caused search suggestions to take minutes to load on websites with a large number of posts, which also held up the search results page.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented a member search from finding a name containing an apostrophe when the apostrophe was typed in a different style, such as ’ instead of '.
  • Fixed an issue that caused a category or sub-category saved in the Admin with a slash in its URL, for example “Emergency & 24/7”, to return page not found.
  • Fixed an issue that allowed an API key with permission to read website settings to also read the billing connection settings and the previous values saved for each setting.
  • Fixed an issue that caused widgets turned off in the Widget Manager to still be returned by the API.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented custom Admin tools added to a website, such as those from third-party plugins, from opening in some cases.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the Diagnostics panel in the Domain Manager to report the security certificate as Needs fixing on healthy websites.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented domains ending in .co.za and similar endings from being connected, reporting that the extension did not exist.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the link in the password retrieval email to not work when the email was sent to a member from the Admin or through the API.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the Google Maps alert to report the Maps JavaScript API as switched off when only the Geocoding API was off. The alert now names the Geocoding API and gives the steps to turn it on.
  • Fixed an issue that caused parts of a page to be displayed out of order when one of its widgets failed, for example a member profile banner shown beside the sidebar instead of above it.
  • In all, over 245 feature enhancements and software updates were released this month.
