Our team is always happy to help. All support is handled through email/tickets and our documentation center, we strongly encourage all site owners to read up and learn as much as they can as this makes the daily management of the site easiest. 

All email support is free and included with the site purchase - so as many tickets/questions as are needed can be submitted in order to complete the project! We will always recommend articles and any video tutorials we may have.

The ticket can be submitted from the admin by clicking on Create New Ticket.
