How to Access the Admin Login Page


Go to: http://managemydirectory.com



This page is for website owners and admins. Not for website members/users.


Login as an Admin


Enter the admin email and password



Then click on "Log In Now »" to enter the admin.


Reset an Admin Password

Click on "I forgot my password":




Enter the username and click on "Send Password Reset Email »":




Shortly, the "Reset Password" email will be sent:




The link will redirect to this page where the new password is entered:



Emails on the Bounce/Block List

On rare occasions an email may be on the "bounce" or "block" email list, which can prevent the password reset or 2FA emails from being delivered properly.


There are a few reasons this can happen, but the system will automatically clear emails from these lists and explain why, so the admin knows if anything needs fixing.





Update Password in the Admin Area


It is only possible to change the password for a personal account and not other admin accounts. 


Go to: Settings » Admin Accounts


Click on Edit:




Update the password and/or contact information if necessary:





Then save the changes.
